Well, we left on April 4th for Arizona.
TWO VERY IMPORTANT REASONS...
FIRST...
To share in ABBY'S BAPTISM
Sweet, beautiful granddaughter!
We had such a wonderful time in Flagstaff
with Amy's family. John and Tim's families
came up for the baptism too.
SECOND REASON FOR OUR TRAVELS...
To welcome TRACE JEFFREY THATCHER!
Grandpa time!
For "BIG BROTHER"Too!
We had such a wonderful time with Julie and Rusty
and also with Tim and Katy, and John and Tiffany.
Now Jace is in OREGON !
WELCOME TO OREGON JOHN AND TIFFANY!
After our trip to Arizona we continued on to New Mexico.
We loved the desert there but did not take any decent pictures.
Then to Val's and Eva's houses in COLORADO.
IS ELLA BEAUTIFUL OR WHAT!!!?
She is just waiting for her second cousins to come for a visit!
Ella is not the only beautiful thing we saw in Colorado.
This was where we attended CHURCH!
When we got to the little church building
there were no cars. OOPS!... Stake Conference!?
So, we just drove around looking at the beautiful town of Paonia.
We had a nice three day visit with Val and her family then on home
to Oregon. We went through UTAH...
Brigham City Temple...under construction.
Then through IDAHO...
...and then into beautiful EASTERN OREGON...
Needless to say we were very tired and very
happy to be home. We still miss the SOUTHWEST and
our hearts are so torn between all of our grandchildren.
What is the answer?...MORE TRAVELING?
(Not for a while!)

Seeing pictures of my family always makes me cry! I miss everyone sooo much! I'm glad you had a good time and made it back home safe! I think your next trip needs to be to Texas!!! How about flying out for Jasmine's baptism in Oct.??!!! Tell me when and I'll get the tickets! :) Love you!!!
