Thanksgiving week started out in a very unusual way!
LOOK CLOSELY . . . yep, this is snow on our shamrock! On TUESDAY morning "we looked out our window and what did we see?"
SNOW-SNOW-SNOW!
(Someone from Michigan has had alot of practice!)
We got her moved into her beautiful new house in just two hours!
(We did not get pictures of the moving in event.)
Then later after we had moved Wendy into her new house, Sarah and David
arrived at our house from Portland.
The "little missy" (as Sarah calls her) was not fond of the long ride. We were so very happy that everyone had arrived safely!
making his famous cresant rolls! Yummmmm!
Others just had fun sitting and having important conversations!

During a short "sunbreak" we went to Agate Beach.
There is a little trail to get to the ocean.

THEN THERE IT IS!
Joelle found the most treasures.
We also forgot to take our pictures on FRIDAY.
We had a wonderful time with good food, good friends, and Wendy and Sarah's
families safely here. We felt so blessed!
We all forgot to bring our cameras!

We took Wendy out for fish and chips at "Griff's on the Dock".

Oh, how I miss YOU GUYS and Oregon. What beautiful pictures. I wish we could have been there for Thanksgiving and Wendy's move in. I guess I'm feeling a little homesick or should I say familysick. Love you Mom and Dad!
Sounds like you guys had a good time! We missed you for Thanksgiving. :( It was weird not doing anything with the Glemser clan this year...but we're glad you got to spend time with Sarah and Wendy's families!
It is so weird seeing Wendy's family in your pictures now...they were just in our's!! They look very happy to be there! I LOVE those last few pictures when you were at the beach with Mari! I miss her and Wen so much! I sure hope we can be together soon! Love you Mom!
LOVE all of the pictures! I'm glad you get some family close by, but I sure do miss everyone not in TX! The beach is so beautiful--hopefully one day I'll get to see it too. :)
